Payment
The fees for XPOSDepot products and services, which include the cost of processing, printing, shipping and/or mailing, and any other charges applicable, are due and payable together with the submission of an order. XPOSDepot requires pre-payment on all orders. All mailing services and postage related fees must be prepaid. Any amount due to XPOSDepot, which is not paid, may result in non-delivery of the order, and interest charges as allowed by law. Customers are responsible for all related collection costs, legal fees and interest.

Refunds & Cancellation
All refunds of any nature will be in the form of an In-House Credit. Additionally, no partial refunds will be provided for work not completed and design and set up fees may still apply and be charged. All refunds, due to an overpayment on a particular account are available upon customer request.
Cancelled orders are only available pre approve order. There will be no refunds of any kind AFTER a job has been approved.subject to a cancellation fee based on the current status of your job. The fees are as follows:

Custom Printing Product:
You agree that XPOSDepot.com is not guarantees on custom order such as Gift Cards or any other custom products. These product are non-refundable and not exchangeable unless it’s defect cause by XPOSDepot.com. You agree to check for all layout/design before XPOSDepot.com process your order.
Other Products:
You agree that XPOSDepot.com guarantees the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 30 days after purchase of the product. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken product and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to XPOSDepot.com. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, XPOSDepot.com will send a replacement of the product or will issue XPOSDepot.com credit for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s). XPOSDepot.com credit can be used on the XPOSDepot.com website for any purchase.
XPOSDepot.com does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a product’s failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of XPOSDepot.com. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by XPOSDepot.com as to the cause of the failure or breakage.
